Really found myself in this piece, and it’s comforting to know I’m not alone. I don’t always fit neatly into the word people-pleasing. Some days I don’t tick all the boxes, but most times I do. For me, it often comes from unconsciously wanting to make others feel better, which I see as a gift of paying attention. I don’t know what to fully call it, and I’m not ready to jump on the bandwagon of labels, especially when blessings also come from it. My hope is that with each step, I keep learning to read between the blurred lines. Truly loved this piece.
