Thank you for sharing so candidly, as always. For me food is my biggest addiction, or more specifically chocolate. It's always been my quick fix when I'm stressed, sad, or even in a celebratory mood. However, since I've had 2 children I find I am less able to cope with the consequences of overindulging – mood swings, drops in energy and brain fog to name a few. I've used it for so many years and it's terrifying the thought of being without it but I know I need to break the cycle. It's a step towards being radically honest as you say, so I can become more authentic.
