I always find myself mulling over the shift from scarcity to abundance whenever I feel myself getting envious of others, or disappointed and unfulfilled with myself. It's definitely a mindset shift and I'm always curious about people who have internalized abundance already!
I love this conversation—such an important reminder that intention and mindset shape everything. Slowing down and shifting from scarcity changes the way we move through the world, how we create, and how we show up for ourselves and others. It’s been such a powerful to shift to how I show up for myself and for my son.
It's a relationship really. The scarcity is an opportunity to increase our awareness and to choose how we spend our energy, rather than get swept away.
I'm working through some family challenges at the moment. Surprises can feel scarce. I'm choosing to become more aware that I often (not always) have the capacity to support, and that is one form of abundance.
I also have the tools to have a hard conversation about when to pull my energy and attention back - a privilege and an abundance.
Several years ago I was worrying about having enough. I was taken by an insight; Look at all the leaves on the trees, the grains of sand, the stars in the sky... there certainly is enough right in front of our eyes. <3 :-)
This post is exactly what I needed right now!
THIS makes me really happy. But also, you are not alone.

I def struggle with that too. My deal is I am trying to use envy as a way to connect with other people and also know what I want. This is hard tho.
I’m so thankful for simple, and it really is so beautiful.
I like simple. ha ha. thanks for the kind words!
I would love a copy of the book! Thank you,
Monica

I feel like it is easier for me to do when I think about doing it for someone else. I guess that is telling...
Oof. 100% agree!
Knowing I need to shift my mindset.. this is wonderfully timed. Thank you.
It is hard. I am working like every ten min on it... A silly thought will creep in and I have to notice and move it somewhere else...
Thank you for reminding *me* we’re not alone.

Was literally thinking about the concept of working from an abundance mindset this past week! Definitely adding this book to my list
Me too! For real. Good luck!
