Just went through a pretty bad breakup and I still have so much I am longing for (closure, connection, intimacy) with no real "know-how" in regards to how to navigate through my longings and what I need to manifest next in order to move forward in healing and abundance. Would LOVE a copy!

Now I remember loving Berkeley as a student wife during Vietnam War - was it the philosophical capitol of the world?

This is beautiful. Reminds me a lot of dreams that I have; sometimes they give new life and happiness to people that didn't always have it. I'm constantly longing and nostalgic but wonder if too much of that will have me fixated on the past and not realizing life has passed me by. Anyways, all this to say your post really resonated with me. If there are any left, would love a copy of your book. If not, I might just have to pick it up anyhow :) Thank you for sharing!

Your writing is resonating with me and giving me new ways of thinking about things. It’s good to stretch one’s mind and expand our consciousness. I hope to extend the light you shine on to others. Let us each listen to thoughts that are different and new to us and spread them outward!! Longing for this for our world

This really resonated: "There is no real guide to how to live with others, and yet still be independent. Or love someone just enough not to lose sight of yourself." Fits perfectly with where I'm at. Thanks for letting us know we're not alone.

My way of coping with life exactly for the past 38 years. Except very little, expect the worst & not feel deserving of the best. What I mean is you are not alone Carissa. It's human to feel this way.

I've changed now btw. It took a lot of real work but change I did.

Would love a copy of your book.

There is something calming, accurate and healing in cold water. I try to do it daily at the end of my shower. XX
