As someone who is passionate about talking about the things we're "not supposed to talk about," I immediately got excited and started googling the book before I even got to the end to see that it is not out yet. I'd love to be on the list to receive a copy if you have more.

I would love a copy to gift to my friend. She loves non-malicious gossip because it's just storytelling that informs you about people and situations you may not have encountered in your own life. It's good for community. I feel like this plus the art would make her so happy.

Wow, this is exactly what I want to be doing- connecting with others to share our stories in hopes that it eliminates the shame. I’m just not sure how that will look quite yet, but this shows me one of the many ways it’s possible❣️ I would be so grateful to receive a copy of this.

I don’t read hardly enough, but I’m going through a hard time and this made me want to own a book for the first time in, who knows how long. I don’t know how else to help myself through the situation I’m in.

Love that people are doing this, seeking out the views of everyday people on topics which society has deemed “shameful” or taboo. There are so many things I’ve been through (being struggling with mental health and barriers to receiving the right level of care and being homelessness and denied access to shelters for a variety of reasons are big ones) which I am dying to talk about, yet constantly hold back...not so much out of shame but because, as someone without a big following (or any at all), it seems as if it won’t matter and nothing will change. We need more books like this in the world.
