I simply accept myself as imperfect & others as too. It helps me connect better with everyone since I've stopped attributing motives to every action. I love how you talk openly about shame.
i'm so interested in this idea that alignment takes away judgement/blame, because the way it's been used in [the very into therapy/self help/growth] communities i'm in is just a fancy way of blame. "we aren't aligned" means "you're doing something i think is below me in my new, higher state of being and understanding of myself".
this whole interview felt really close to home and also uncomfortable [in a good way]. i'm definitely going to keep coming back to it.
